Fie is a 22 year old homeless girl. Having spent most of her life as a captive - first as a prisoner being raped and tortured by her father, then committed to a mental institution until her escape at 17 - she has lived the last few years on the streets, fending for herself and hiding from her father. Due to her isolated and abusive upbringing, she has a paranoid and distorted view of society, is emotionally crippled, and lacks "normal" moral values. While holding a job at the Chicken Shack at the moment, she is still a shoplifter and opportunistic thief, liar, and drug-abuser when she can get her hands on it. She likes Hathian for it's endless abandoned homes where she sleeps and hides.

Fie has had a few minor run-ins with the police for various petty crimes. She tends to give fictional aliases to the police, and with no driver's license or ID, they have had some difficulty in determining her actual identity. Although she has been court-ordered to attend weekly psychiatric sessions, she has failed to show for the appointments or refill the anti-psychotic medication she is supposed to be taking.

As sometimes seen in the mentally unstable, Fie has surprising strength & stamina for such a small, wiry thing. In the same way - she has an unusual tolerance for pain and discomfort, perhaps simply because she accepts pain as normal. When cornered and/or paranoid delusional, she may lash out with unexpected and irrational fury. She carries a variety of small knives hidden on her person, and has no trouble using them if cornered. Although she bears physical scars from her father's torture, the ones that cover her arms are self-inflicted.

Lately, Fie has been feeling more and more anxious, and is becoming dissatisfied with the occasional high. Thinking about drugs more and more of the time, she has been spending her meager salary from the Chicken Shack on drugs and alcohol rather than food - and still it's not enough. She's begun developing a plan...having seen an ad about selling gold for cash at the Pawn Shop, she's started to case out the nearby homes. She's even toyed with the idea of robbing some of those spiky-heeled bitches around here at knife point...
