The Proposal/Feedback Phase (known as moving into Stage 2) is an important part of faction development and approval, so please read this over and ask questions, express what you like, give suggestions you have, advice on what may or may not work based on your experience, etc. Keep in mind that Admins do not need to be convinced to approve it, as a faction without potential wouldn't even be posted. Feedback means both support and giving what you see could help shape their faction story and place in the community!

CD Rejects

TYPE: Faction (street gang)

MEMBERS: Parnell Urqhart, Zoran Avro, Llcooljojo Resident, Nastya Strzelecki, Lealghost Resident

BACKGROUND: Obviously, this is a return of a past entity, that much like cockroaches or herpes, can be suppressed but always comes back to smite Hathian. The gang has been around off and on in CD for somewhere around 15 years under several different sets of leadership. This will be a return to the 2008-2013 iteration in it's membership and leadership, albeit with some fresh faces and ideas. The Rejects have always favored the sale of cocaine as a main source of income, normally running a store that wouldn't possibly make money without an alternate purpose, in this case Chartbusters VHS rental. The majority of the income of the gang will be supplied from the sale of cocaine which they not only sell themselves, but front to dealers and occasionally try to push on people to sell through coercive means. The gang has a strict hierarchy with Parnell as the boss plus at least one lieutenant, the other Rejects are also a solid step above the dealers that work for them. Parnell does tend to discuss matters with the other members of the gang rather then act like some sort of king, but he does ultimately have veto power.

UNIQUE: Parnell and his goons control CD Chartbusters and operate it as a place where you can rent classic VHS and video games, but also buy coke.

FLAW: I am a firm believer that in CD, you don't ever win, you just keep playing until you lose. It's not about a specific flaw, but that they are flawed as a whole. Our characters will make dumb and irrational decisions at times, get their asses kicked, get robbed, etc. Most of them are drug addicts, and selfish and greedy.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Any other gang selling drugs is likely to come into conflict with them.

EXPERIENCE: I ran the Rejects for an excess of four years with minimal community problems. I don't tolerate OOC drama, am very selective in my recruiting, and am willing to work with the community and admins to resolve any issues regarding the gang. My character is an absolute prick, but I like to believe I am easy to deal with OOCly.

IDEAS: We have rapidly expanded the roster at Chartbusters already, I encourage anyone who wants to to come where there. Not all will become Rejects, but all will be involved in the gangs rp.
