The Proposal/Feedback Phase is an important part of faction development and approval, so please read this over and ask questions, express what you like, give suggestions you have, advice on what may or may not work based on your experience, etc. Keep in mind that admins do not necessarily need to be convinced to approve it, as a faction without potential wouldn't even be posted. Feedback means both support and giving what you see could help shape their faction story and place in the community!

BACKGROUND: Asmus was born in Hathian and grew up in a large family that was well known in the criminal world of town. After he finished college he reunited with his brother and all his cousins and ever since then they have worked in the crime world. They have tortured, kidnapped, raped, been men for hire, saved their own, raided places, been in the drug business, killed and run businesses. The Darkweb business has been an ongoing business throughout the years where people could pay and request what happens to the victims they kidnapped and people they captured on behalf of others. The family moved back to where it all started, Hathian, and realized the town had changed a lot since they left. Now years later Asmus wants to make a gang so he can expand the business and increase the income. He wants the town in chaos and fear, people to accept their dark side and find like minded people to spread the chaos and darkness through the entire city. Asmus believes that to make good money in town then the town has to be on its knees. The criminals and the ones with dark desires they don't dare to live out, are the ones he wants to pull into the Darkweb as paying clients. People that follow the law and live their lives as common folks they are the ones that will be used as victims for the Darkweb. This will of course change as the stories move along because Asmus see no problem in using another criminal as victim if its called for.

UNIQUE: As a gang we will focus on the Darkweb and everything that can come from that. The Darkweb is an online service hidden deep within layers of security, where people can contact us and become members of a unique club. As a member of this club the members get a video link and a chatroom where they can watch the ongoings and comment on what they want to see happen. It can be simply things as a rape, beating, torture and the use of specific tools to right out gore and snuff. Each session depends on the ones watching and paying and there will be single sessions and group sessions. For this to happen we need to reach out to the community, we need to grab people as victims, we need to find people that want to be members of this club since it will be our main income. Depending on each story and how it evolves, then we will also try to sell organs to the black market, blackmail, favors and so on. We also are aware that Hathian is a "poor" community and some people won't be able to afford our services, however this is where the gang will expand further into the community, as our services can be exchanged for favors and information from other gangs, businesses, even the police and getting special treatment from HGH. Everything is negotiable. Firstly the Darkweb itself is unique as it will give people the opportunity to use our services whether that's getting revenge on someone that's wronged them or whether it's to delve into their dark fetishes and desires. We also need people to work with us, people that want to be broken, to be shown online while they get abused, tortured and raped, and if agreed killed. The Darkweb will have two levels that will be different to what's been seen in Hathian before, there will be the open scenes on sim, where our gang members will be interacting with citizens for either organizing sessions or being the kidnapped victim, but then there will be closed sessions where the scenes will be held in group conferences or in small scenes for clients that have "paid" to see particular people being abused and tortured. Real life interactive porn where the client/customer can request particular actions and alternative results, in theory they are the film makers.

FLAW: Sometimes their arrogance is the biggest flaw as they believe in their own laws and rules and think they can do whatever the hell they want without consequence, however a good reality check brings them right back down to earth with all the consequences that follow. A lot can go wrong with kidnapping victims from outside influences as well as the victims fighting back and not doing what we ask. Even years of experience don't make them perfect in grabbing a victim. Also the consequences of these kidnaps will eventually come and bite them in the ass along with heat from the HPD and other gangs. One flaw that could cause issues for the gang is the family some are linked too, the Zero family will not be linked to the business however this wouldn't stop other people taking consequences out on them, the love they share definitely can bring them down on their knees when used against them. Each member has their own weakness and personal flaws.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: There will be many potential enemies against us, from the other gangs Kogarashi and Lions as well as from the HPD and of course there are the personal vendettas from the victims and the family/friends of those victims. All vendettas can be either resolved with consequences against us or expanded upon into something bigger, newer and longer depending on how the story evolves.

EXPERIENCE: I have been in SL for 11 years and have been roleplaying for the last 9½ years, last 8 of them in an urban environment. I have roleplayed in CD over half of those years all together. I therefore know the rules and the layout and have been roleplaying actively within the community and been involved in many stories individually, sim wide and helped oocly with issues that have arisen. I have worked as a leader in RL, I am calm, reasonable and many people consider me logical with solving problems. I am open minded and willing to listen to everyone's point of views, I am strong minded when the situation calls for it and over all I am creative, friendly and looking to create new stories for the roleplayers in Hathian.
