Dusty has decided to move onto a bigger city with bigger problems, to help supply , more gangs, more addicts, and more hobo's with plenty of weapons, drugs, and booze, and maybe sammiches for the hobo's.....

Dusty will usually take money to offer bad deals to other gangs. Not for the money, but just for the pure satisfaction of pain, suffering, and all around chaos.

Dusty, just wants the world to burn. He's not a vigilante, but he will surely help instigate, corrupt, and and defile anything he can.

Dusty, although not a vigilante, he will help in certain ways, as to not get caught by police, some what of a criminal mastermind, but not much of a doer. he doesn't want to be caught, so he hires the idiots, the gangs, the children. ANYONE he can get, to get what he wants done.

However, power is a big thing to ask for, so in such a city like the crack den. Dusty isn't stupid, he realizes things go wrong, and is careless to what really does happen, just so long things are harder for the police force.

Dusty isn't a bit off in his mind, he thinks he has it all figured out. Never revealing this to a person, he thinks he's higher on the mind games food chain so to speak. Dusty, believes being judged by appearance is a great way of life. He doesn't want to look big, or like the master mind of anything, so he will dress often like a child, like a hobo, like a tard, or sometimes, just in regular attire.
