Dr. Eris Celestalis is a practicing psychiatrist from out of state. Her education is top notch and her life would have been set for success if not for a run of bad financial luck, a gambling addiction on her husbands part and one too many scandals. As a result she's been forced to come to Hathian by herself to try and earn enough money on the downlow to pay of her young families debts. Will she learn to survive in the city? will she be corrupted by her base instincts and surrender to her ever growing temptations? We shall see.
