I, agent Jacobs, just switched posts with agent Johnson, who ended his shift. Performed routine check on all equipment, everything's working fine.
Johnson informed me that HS called to confirm that there was indeed a delivery of semtex made through several cover companies and finally delivered to Dollinger. It is highly probable that these were used in the rig he installed around his doors.

1528 hours
The woman Veronique Narcissus returns to Dollinger's house. We saw her there four days ago for the first time. Johnson pulled her file, she's a mercenary that's been at work in a lot of shady places and who's seemingly got into bad waters with a Peruvian drug cartel. How she knows Dollinger or why she came to him, we are yet to find out.

1545 hours
Dollinger returns to his house and finds Veronique Narcissus there. She pulls something from a bag, two small black boxes, both containing rings and throws one to Dollinger. Our mic picked up the following:
VN: "I thought this cover"
VD: "You to fucking WHAT?"
VN: " only way, come on need a good cover"
VD: "Fine.. for a while... Just don't and dress like a fucking whore either"
VN: "Yeah yeah, I'll get on it, asshole"

1548 hours
Veronique Narcissus leaves the house, Dollinger slumbers in his hammock

Veronique Narcissus returns with a cab full of what appears to be clothing from high end boutiques and brings them into the house.

0501 hours
Officer Johnson returns and mentions he's been trying to find out more about Dollinger's military background. His file is practically empty and it was near to impossible to find out more about the 103rd Logistics Division. During slow hours he'll try to match up Veronique Narcissus history with Dollinger's.
