(( this is the logbook of CIA operation 'LongJohn' provided for (hopefully 🙂 your fun and enterainment. It will reveal more about Dollinger and his dodge dealings, seen through the eyes of CIA agents who spy on him.))

0500 hours
I, agent Johnson, just switched posts with agent Jacobs, who ended his shift. The gear setup in the traffic control tower of the Hathian airport is still fully operational upon my last routine check. Three cameras, two binoculars, one radio. Dollinger's house could be made out of glass as far as we care.
Jacobs reported that during the early evening, Dollinger was seen setting up a rig around the doors to his house after carrying in several boxes. Jacobs was unsure what exactly it was, but mentioned it looks wired. Jacobs assumes it's explosives hooked to the alarm system due to the fact that Dollinger's got a military record. I checked his file, seeing Dollinger was only a member of the 103rd Logistics Division, it seems highly unlikely.

0541 hours
The radio equipment beeps and buzzes, there's an incoming call made to Dollinger's cell phone, but the signal is scrambled. They seem to be using PDA phones with software that sets up an encrypted voip conversation over the data connection. We need the technical division to look into this. Call duration is 13 seconds.

0542 hours
Dollinger turns on the lights in his house and moves downstairs to the basement, opening the doors to his deck.

0545 hours
A small speedboat arrives at his deck, two men and about six large cardboard boxes inside. They briefly speak, our mic picked up the following
Man 1:
Dollinger: "This shit better be good or Mickey's gonna be in a lot of trouble"
Man 2: "Yeah, he said it's
so that's fine"

0546 hours
Man 2 has finished unload the boat, Dollinger slaps him against the back of the head as he gets back into the boat, both men look nervous as they trail off. Dollinger returns to the house, locks up and gets back to bed.

0614 hours
Homeland Security called in to notify us that the boat we asked them to tail belongs to the Deluza cartel, ran by Mickey Deluza, a well known coke smuggler with his base in Miami.
