BACKGROUND: Gamma Alpha Gamma is devoted to provide a lifelong support along the context of friendship and sisterhood which yields to various career and networking opportunities in Hathian. We are also committed to the constructive development of its members and offer community assistance through various public service activities. We pledge ourselves to keeping our principles (honesty, loyalty, compassion) intact.

UNIQUE: We strive to accept members of different age, ethnicity, lifestyle, interests, etc. - embracing diversity while upholding common values. We pride ourselves in honing the skills or our members, preparing them to be strong leaders, athletes, artists, academes, and be productive citizens of Hathian. Gamma Alpha Gamma will be a home away from home which is more than just an organization but a family.

EXP: I am the type of leader who leads by example and motivates members to be the best version of themselves. More importantly, I value the importance of humility, for me, being a leader does not mean barking orders and having subordinates do the work. Rather than saying "go and do as I say", an effective leader says "Let's go and do it." I am always open to suggestion and consult everyone's opinion before deciding on anything, especially if it is something which will affect the group as a whole. It is important to me that everyone is having a positive experience and enjoying themselves all while providing room to grow.

WORK WITH OTHERS: CU Alpha Sigma Zeta (collaborate)

IDEAS: Campus activities such as: - Greek Week - mixers/parties/formals - seminars to raise awareness that may include sensitive topics which some people tend to ignore (i.e. suicide prevention, mental illnesses, eating disorders) - workshops to hone skills such as Photography, Blogging, etc. Community Service: - volunteering (it would be nice to collaborate with some business around Hathian where members can volunteer to generate more RP)
