Background :
The Kage no Ryūjin clan was created during the 1980s they are assigned to the Yamaguchi-Gumi.
Their name is in reference to a Japanese deity who protects fishermen and men working at sea. Their clan was created thanks to the oil pumps from which their basic savings come. The oyabun of the Kage no Ryūjin comes from the city of Tokyo, he forms his clan in order to save his family business. Many of its members will be scum of the society or members of his own family...

In 1984, their clan grows in members seeking to expand internationally; in

Europe and the USA. Pushing on the trade of weapons, women and drugs, their name became known all over the world attracting the eye of the Chinese triads and the local underworld.

In 1995, the clan turns to other more legal businesses... They start to build a real estate empire to hide their underground business which starts to be monitored by the police and the AISP-公安調査庁 (Japanese FBI)

In 2015, The oyabun died in the streets of Shinjuku, a new oyabun was appointed: his son. The orders of the latter were to send some of the members to Hathian, one of the cities where the Kage no Ryūjin had difficulty to be implemented due to other organizations and gang already established. They were also ordered to search for the killer of the former oyabun.

In 2020, the Yakuza plane had finally landed and they started to establish themselves in America. Most of the members were scattered in the city, in the north as well as in the south, and the first orders had been given: to meet and be discreet, to contact the owners of some places and not to do anything illegal while waiting for the next orders. The meeting point was announced: Hathian.

In the short term: Recover enough funds to create a business such as a Japanese restaurant. This will serve as a legal front to conceal the clan's future activities. To begin to make contact with other groups and prepare for future business alliances.

In the medium term:
To begin to make a name for themselves after having created some links. Try to take control of an area, start to get into the different illegal areas of the city until they become well known and respected enough to organize different events such as illegal car races, drifting contests, street fights. The clan will also seek to own a nightclub in order to make a name for themselves in the event business.

In the long term:
Try to get a business as close to Yakuza culture as possible. To begin to make us feared and to continue to develop in the various businesses and actions which forge the Yakuza culture; extortion of funds to companies, development in the real estate, etc.

<b>Illegal activity:
