On several chars I bumped into the fact there's no court system in place and I personally think it will add a lot to the roleplay experience and provides smoother transitions if this were in fact there.

My suggestion is to have a court house, criminals can get a lawyer assigned by CS or use one of their own where they then get put on trail. This doesn't necessarily happen during jail time. I'd personally suggest going with the big cases as murder, rape etc by default and small cases on ooc request. Cases can be settled in a small trail with two lawyers, defendant and plaintiff and judge or jury. Bigger cases can be done with the general public allowed to spectate to draw more rp. Same thing for custody cases and all other law related cases.

Far as the outcome goes, I personally prefer to leave that up to the judge but in some cases if all parties approve ooc, I suppose there can be a set out come with for example custody cases.

Can we get this in place? Perhaps on trail first? Everyone's thoughts?
