It was done, at least now for Sirus, it was done. Looking around the small room as if he was at peace for a moment, something he had not felt in years, his uniform despite the events was still pressed, the ribbons above his badge glistening in the overhead light - a dim shine. In front of him, on their knees, back to a couch and handcuffed, the suspect sat there. Nose broken and bleeding, larynx crushed from the force of the mag-light which was still partly sticking out from the oral cavity, the fuck was suffocating, but still alive. "On scene at 911 call was the last part Sirus heard in his earpiece, letting out a deep sigh, looking down at his blood covered duty gloves and his partly covered arms. A neighbor must have called it in, he thought.

"Police, is...what the hell is going on" the rookie asked as she stepped through the door, seeing what was going on before her, right then and there. Standing off on the side of the tortured now, would-be victim, nodding to the Rook, "Relax kid, it's being taken care of, ya'know?" Sirus explained as he watched the rookie officer step over, he could tell she was young and not too street savvy as she went to remove the mag light from the mouth. "Hey, dont touch that, that's...fuckin evidence" bullshitting every word he spoke as he slapped the rooks hand away. "He is still alive, we have to radio it in to the FDH, look" she protested, turning her back to Sirus, a hand going to her shouldered radio "Dumb kid, real fuckin' dumb" Sirus would mutter, a gentle and swift gloved hand moving to her holster, held on her duty belt. Bam! Bam! The rookie jumped back as two rounds entered the body of the victim, finishing the job. Sirus would go to hand the rook's discharged firearm back to her, "Good shooting kid, you'll get a fuckin' medal for this" he explained with a light sigh. "Wha.." she began to ask as she saw her own weapon being handed back to her, going speechless, in some state of shock. "You just...killed, bu..." "Back up is on the way kid, here is the story. You were first on scene, suspect got out of control you had to use a justified amount of force, in which you discharged your firearm two times" he explained, looking at her as he would start to remove his gloves. Sirus wouldn't let her finish or answer, he started walking out the front door, getting ready to greet the back up units and medical now arriving, he would be the -second unit on scene-.
