Hey all,
Was just wondering if anybody would think creating a city council would be a good idea? It could open up
some new roles-such as Mayor, local political reps/advisors, departments,
and admin staff which in turn could create different types of role play such as campaigns, shady business deals,
elections and meetings over different agendas which could play out into the darker themes of corruption and violence
in different ways and provide criminals with different types of crimes they could carry out.
I think it'd be nice to have those roles there (such as civil services does)
even if at points there are times when it's difficult to find people motivated to
play the characters-but I don't know if anybody else agrees. Obviously there'd be a set of limits and a definition to the roles
so people don't over step bounds and stuff but i personally think it might be interesting to put in place a new institute of corruption that's not just the HPD and opens different role play but keeps in with the themes in the sim.
Anyway, just a suggestion, let me know what you guys think.
