Chance is now 13 years old, and hellbent on two things:
making money and getting laid.
Money hasn't been a problem for him lately, as he has been dealing for the Stone Street Sluggas and has been getting quite a bit of money from another rather secretive activity.

His anger isues have improved due to the therapy he received while in juvenile detention. He is still on probation and feels more of a need to be a man, now that he has a little sister to look out for. He still hates his crack whore mother Haylee, but that hatred leaves more room for pity than before. He is angry at his father Christian, who disappeared for a while. And he is leaning on the woman that raised him, Bebe in an entirely different way now. He is learning the ways of the street from her. He learned how to survive on the streets at a young age and while he's enjoyed than his fair share of criminal activity, Bebe is introducing him to something new, teaching him the ropes of a successful life of crime.

Chance only goes to school often enough to keep his parole officer off his back... he still can't read past a 2nd grade level.
