BACKSTORY
Born and raised in Arkansas, his father was the owner of a forestry company and construction firm while his mother was psychologist at the local mental institute where Ceb spent his weekends helping his mother with paperwork until he was old enough to start working for his father as an apprentice construction worker. Ceb left school at the age of 16 to work for his father full time , he spent over 10 hours a day hauling bricks and stone across the site gaining vast muscle and physical strength which he figured would keep him in good stead in later life . Good times were had for Ceb, he was working all the hours god sent and was earning a considerable wage in working for his father before tragedy struck when his father was killed by a runaway tractor unit, crushing him against a solid concrete wall. The loss devastated Ceb and his mother who became a mental wreck and not the woman Ceb came to know and love. Unable to care for her, Ceb packed his bags and left his mother alone ... he couldn’t cope with her mental state and the loss of his father; it was too much to bear for the man. He needed a new start in life, away from the pain and unbearable nature which has destroyed an entire family and generation, for Ceb he needed a new start and considered moving north to the big city, but his heart lay in the southern wilderness. A hop over the county border south had him arrive in Hathian, a quiet town led in the Deep South. being an unknown to the locals Ceb plans to keep himself to himself as he struggles to adapt to a new life alone in a place completely unknown to him ... how long can he keep his pain of the past back , how long can he keep his sanity ?

Additional Story Information
He is a sarcastic, bitter wannabe mentor of the PD Rookies and routinely rants at and belittles them when the opportunity arises though his apparently rough treatment of them is intended as conditioning for the rigors and horrors of Police life, as well as an outlet for Ceb’s frustration in his personal life. He is secretly proud of anyone wanting to be a career cop and thinks they have the potential to become an incredible Police Officer. He was promoted to Senior Officer after Sergeants and Lieutenants recommended him for the job. He was reluctant to take it at first, but when he realized he liked hating people and everybody already hated him, he was fine with accepting the job. Although the job is demanding, he tries to do everything it requires a doe’s respond to most emergency calls and responses when needed but is generally lazy on scene and would rather disperse a situation and walk away rather than going through an arrest/incident process with potential suspects/victims.
His police career is bugged with red tape, corruption and random bouts of ‘maglighting’, nicknamed Greenhorn by his Captain during his rookie days; he took it to heart as his nickname rather then something the Captain probably called most rookies that walked the hallowed halls of the PD. Ceb sees himself as a career officer, spending the next twenty years or so on the force and dealing with the same old corruption and ignorance day in and day out until he is able to retire with a sizeable pension and the additional planned rank of Lieutenant ... a long way off in his books but something he plans on achieving unless work and criminals keep getting in his way and forcing him to do actual police work for the community.
However ...
Ceb is a late 30 something cocky, uncaring lazy bastard who really couldn’t care if you were being raped or attacked, he has probably the most vile stinking attitude you could probably ever meet in a person, unless your known to him or a friend .He does have a rare good side but 99% of the times he hates just about anyone other than a fellow cop or superior and would rather see somebody suffer then help them out. And if he does help somebody out, it’s usually because he wants something.
