Canten grew up in a little town called Abilene, smack dab in the middle of good ole' Texas. Growing up, Canten had a normal life just like most any of the Texas kids you would meet, working in a run down family owned gas station with his pops since the towns population was dead near 0, not many people could take his place.

In his spare time, Canten would usually be found in a little back wooded area near there house chopping wood to replace the broken down fences, usually tore into by harsh weather or a pesty animal - or exploring.

This was basically his life 'till one fateful day his father died, of natural causes, of course. So bewildered and still awestruck, Canten took what little money they saved up for what his father called 'a rainy day' and began to search the states for his purpose, winding him up in Hathian.

Would he keep true to his father and remain an average Texas boy, or would the harsh urban streets mix with the unusual feelings brought on by his dad's death, and turn him into someone completely different?
