I'm really excited about the upcoming release of the CD Story HUD and I'm looking for a pool of active users to come help test it for me for a week or so... and to also provide nice-to-haves. I'm looking for a healthy mix of existing and brand new players.

Features Ready:

• Reimagined Firearm System - it's a lot more intuitive and straight forward now to not only earn the priviledge of wielding a firearm in RP, but to also track and self-police.
• Character Profile - This companion attachment allows RP'ers to access a brief list of stats and customizeable character profile notes by simply clicking over a player's head.
• Local Updates - a more refined experience around understanding weather, recent news, and quickly traveling between various major destinations across the Crack Den regions
• Player Hints - a more refined set of guidance for new players (citizens and police)

I have a number of other features I am also working on as an immediate next phase which I've laid the groundwork for into the HUD .... such features include:

• Municipal Paging - ability to summon hospital, fire, etc. staff when no one is around their respective buildings
• Website Overhaul - refined guides, overall information architecture ... also updated content ... also reskinning Hathian Observer

How to get involved?

It's simple - just reply to this thread and I'll begin passing out an invites to my testing group where you can access the experimental HUDs through the recent notices. The only expectation is for each individual to provide feedback directly to me as to what looks like a bug, what could be improved, or any new ideas that I should be considering.

I'll close the thread at some point once I feel we have a healthy mix of testers.
