GROUP NAME: Red Herring Cafe

TYPE: Official Business

BACKGROUND: So given the description on the website and its location being conveniently by the docks, I'd like to dabble in smuggling, at present I'm working on making connection on sim to facilitate that. To make employees feel included I feel like a good source of communication would be the business group, I'd encourage having players be like "shift leads" as a level of management so they can feel more invested in the business. As far as Tawnie being management she's never really been suited for regular jobs but using the cafe as more like a front for an underground smuggling ring is right up her alley with her Yakuza and Bratva ties.

UNIQUE: As far as that goes it would be with consistent engagement with the sim community, posting events in the discord as well as setting up events on a routine basis. The more you engage the better the results. Even going as far as collaborating with other sim businesses to do events.

EXPERIENCE: I've led multiple sim business and have even been a faction lead back in the day. I engage in building a community and in Arendia the tavern I ran was always busy. Ironically it was a front but the players were so interested in doing pub rp it kinda took a life of its own.

IDEAS: By being active in communicating with them and being consistently active on sim, I do work a full time job but I pop in a couple of hours multiple times a week, here recently been struggling on finding my footing in CD again but I feel like this is a great way for me to start.

OTHER: I'd like to stage a very down home kind of block party with coffee drinks and cakes, cold even raffle prizes in the form of like gift cards or even some kind of big prize. Although I like building up to that and usually do couple of scenes of my character setting up the business and moving stuff in by posting little blurbs in he sims's roleplay group to drum up curiosity
