BACKGROUND: The direction I would take the business would be to maintain the traditional southern BBQ, (pork, beef, ribs, chicken, sausage) that people would expect along with the traditional sides of slaw, potato salad, beans, and Iced Tea. However, would expand the menu to include breakfast tacos, and the lunch and dinner menu to include street tacos (Asada, Al Pastor, Birria, Chorizo, Carnitas, Tripas, Lengua, or Barbacoa). Street Tacos are smaller on corn tortillas and designed to be a meal but not one that is as filling as getting the 1/2 pound of brisket plate. Did I mention Chicken yet, no I didn't and that's cause we would move to 1 single chicken dish, and it will be the freshest chicken meat in town. However, our chicken isn't for everyone. But for those who do, you come, pick out your chicken or the male variety called a Cock, similar to picking out your own Lobster, and your Cock has to face the current champion Cock. Lose, you pay for the Cock and the meal. Win and your Cock is left as the new Champion and we will prepare the loser for you on the house. It will be the best Chicken you ever had. This would serve as a small event at anytime and cock are only 1 prim and a touch give for free. (now remember, these are scripted prims, they are not real animals, nothing is being abused or injured and its simply an option you can choose to ignored and order sausage instead).

UNIQUE: 1. Well we are the only one where you can gamble with your food. 2. We will maintain the traditional southern menu and expand it to meet the fastest growing demographic. 3. We will focus on Mexican holidays, and Mexicanize the place as much as possible, however I don't know how much we can change or add to the appearance. 4. Breakfast tacos are great for the fishermen, crabbers and people of the sea cause they are easy to grab and self contained. 5. Since we are targeting the hard working construction/handyman, fishermen, crabbers, and that sort who you tend not to see but exist or this town wouldn't, for this class of worker, meth is the drug of choice, and yes drugs are everywhere but not a big focus on meth which is huge in the south so would work with digger to help import some needed materials off shore, and RP out the cooking of it, probably in my house. This would create opportunities for people to notice strange chemical smells although I'm right on the edge of the area where you would have odd smells anyway, reports, complaints, deputy inquiries, options.

EXPERIENCE:I know a lot about tacos and sl fighting cocks. I know what Southern BBQ is and is like, along with the other menu items. I was the lead of the XXX Shop in Hathian for almost 2 years. As a faction lead in the past we had regular cock fight events.

IDEAS:I try to RP people who walk up, my schedule is what it is, would attempt to contact each worker and look for those who are ideal for management or morally flexible enough to help move the other product. I may not be on all the time but if people want to RP I RP them when I'm there.

OTHER:Run specials on all new menu items. Put forth a challenge to residents, business, factions, to get a Cock that can beat my Cock in the cock fighting ring. The grand champion will be sparred and retired, renamed Freddy, and kept as a living mascot of the place and a reason to reply to "how come it's called Freddy's and your name is Carlos".
