GROUP NAME: Darlings Sex Shop

TYPE: Official Business

BACKGROUND: I would utilize the business to sell "niche" films and fetish gear in backwaters-- a hub of underground smut trading that hides the really dirty shit under all the flashy porn star titles and cheap Spencer's vibrators. Just something really gritty and dark; a marketplace for Louisiana's foulest degenerates. We could have accessible "PR" events about BDSM practices, sex positivity, and sex worker advocacy in addition to darker meet-up events for Leveau's more depraved citizens; i.e munches, live performances, demonstrations, sordid underground celebrations featuring Hathian's elite, etc. I know there are some adult performer/camgirl characters across the sim as well and it would be awesome to have them as guests for events, or even unwitting participants in some dark dealings. I would like this to be more than just a gateway for ERP and sex peddling. Despite the obviously sexual nature of the products and services, I want Darling's to help facilitate some really intense, disturbing storylines and make some brutal connections possible. Actual ERP should be secondary. New employees would be greeted and integrated into existing plotlines whenever convenient. I would love to have them help out with events and be involved at every aspect-- making suggestions, advertising, writing with whoever utilizes the the shop's services, etc. Everything I just described only gets better with more people involved. If possible, I would love to forge a partnership with Wicked Studio and strengthen the human trafficking side/darkweb/marketing aspect of that business. Eddie is employed as a director at there already, and runs/stars in his own redroom on the darkweb. Managing this business is a natural next step in trying to further his own business (selling hardcore fetish/snuff material). He's a depraved, sick sack of shit addicted to the work. Passionate in the worst way. Darling Sex Shop would give him a way to expand into Hathian and network with like-minded individuals, as well as an outlet to sell the films Wicked Studio makes. Eddie's a serial killing ex-cop with an extensive knowledge of all things BDSM. He's a real brute-- incredibly foul and damn near limitless. Imagine the tools he could provide to factions looking to violate/humiliate any captive enemies, or the assistance he could give to any would-be stalkers.

UNIQUE: This could be a hub for some of the most dangerous, disgusting characters on the sim. Trading ideas, building equipment, fulfilling some nasty hangups, etc. Instead of this being a tight-knit group of people like a faction, it would be like a hotspot for all different genres of sickos working solo or in a group.

EXPERIENCE: I've been roleplaying across several different communities for 12+ years. I've moderated other graphical chat websites and discord servers both RP and non-RP related as well. I'm pretty laid-back, I'm outgoing, I'm communicative and always willing to work in a team. I'm passionate about character creation, collaborative storytelling, and dark themes.

IDEAS: I would try to catch them on sim and have Eddie introduce himself/communicate his expectations in character. Most likely that would involve a little "hazing" in the form of some snide remarks and probing questions. Nothing rude or off-putting-- he's just a little rough around the edges. I'd also probably IM them and welcome them to the sim/the business and let them know questions are alright, etc.

OTHER: Something simple! A re-opening party with a "50% off opening sale." If I could find a willing writer, It would be cool to do what the Boba Tea shop did recently and "auction" off a camgirl/adult performer character for a date/session with another. I'd love to get multiple attractive (female and male) characters there dressed up in fetish gear to "host" and advertise the products. Really establish the vibe of the whole thing. Maybe find a way to pass some specific ads to some darker groups/factions too.
