BACKSTORY: Introduction: As your aware Joe the previous manager for the store has been missing months, leaving myself and Erika Eichel being the two most regular staff members who IC continue to do the store's books in Joe's absense so we can maintain a realistic continuity. The store's regular RP has been pretty constant over the last few months, the areas we have been branching with and without Joe has been continued. Currently myself and Erika have been renting property in District 8 as the store's Warehouse Porn studio for productions. At the present we have one IC film done with another two more planned to happen in the next 20 or so days. Along with the actual film productions my character also arranges the photoshoots, so far this has been a steady IC income generater for a few characters here and there who are willing to shed their clothes for some extra one off cash a month. (Around eight photoshoots in the last month)

UNIQUE: At present the store is pretty unique in itself, however he does need a push IC to promote it's other business elements, so far we have only been promoting it as and when character's have wandered in. So far the current model has been running as the below: The Store: The selling of adult items, such as DVD's (Local & Non Local productions) and various other adult related items such as toys etc. The Warehouse Studio: A film and photoshoot location situated in District 8. Freelance Revenue: At present there has been no resources to create a pyshical photo platform to display for the photoshoots, however IC we sell the character's photos onto Niché Adult Publications so we can ICly generate revenue for the business as well as the Model (The Models tend to be your girl off the street). At some point we may look at doing a physical magazine but at this stage I'm focusing on RP time for characters progression rather than OOC resources.

EXP:I've been RPing in Second Life since 2006, over the year's I've helped in various RP projects. The key elements I believe I bring to the table is open and clear communication, diplomacy, approachability and creativity. My passion is promoting RP within a SIM, not in micro managing hours and hours in OOC. I think people lose sight of RP over time when it comes to managing by striving to complete unrealistic goals. Start small, let it build.

IDEAS:As with most RP Business it's important to treat it and understand it's a minor RP Hub within the Sim but a Major RP Hub for your group. The more connections those minor hubs have with others then the bigger chance for freeflowing RP to take place. My character is driven by enjoying the quiet life of working at the store and making realistic amounts of money. OOCly I'm driven to ensure RP is interesting and dynamic for whoever comes into contact with that store.
