This is a resident-run biz on Senobia's parcel in Vodou ... her motel is located on the border of Hathian/Vodou and has been around for quite a while.

GROUP NAME: The Vodou Motel

BACKSTORY: The Vodou Motel has been a rundown landmark on the edge of Vodou and Hathian for some time. It started off as a hiding spot for gangs and people running drugs and finally grew into a legitimate business. Now it is a shady motel, a cheap place to find a ceiling over your head, and it has even cleaned up with some recent remodeling. It also provides an in-office pharmacy and laundromat.

UNIQUE: The Vodou Motel doesn't strive to stand out. It crumbles in the background but it offers shelter for those who cannot afford a home entirely their own. There is some protection (security cameras, chainlink fencing) for the people that live there and a live in manager who sees to it that things are... functional.

EXP:I have been around CD for some time and, while I do not actively seek to try and be a leader, I do try and provide places for other roleplayers to find good quality roleplay. The motel has been around for almost a year and a half and has inspired many a good sceen.

IDEAS:The motel is less geared towards events, but as it is a roleplay motel and not an actual rental spot it offers a realistic means to claim residency to new members that aren't yet sure if they want to go the full route of renting.
