We have two proposals for the co-lead position of the Poison Apple. This shows the interest people have for this business and should be seen as an opportunity as, regardless of who is selected, it will be interesting to keep all working around the store.

The Poison Apple Tattoo & Piercing Parlor

BACKGROUND: The Poison Apple is a rp environment with immense potential. I definitely want people on the sim to be able to recognize it, and I would like to continue to push to make the business successful. I would like to collaborate with the newspaper so they can post weekly ads endorsing the parlor. Also, I would like to collaborate with as many other business leads as possible so that employees can mingle and rp traffic can increase. I also think that an internal monthly mixer would be a great idea. Older employees would then have the opportunity to acquaint themselves with younger employees. My character is someone that happens to be very social and organize and she takes a lot of pride in the parlor. She is already an assistant manager and would welcome the opportunity to be elevated in management.

UNIQUE: The Poison Apple is the only tattoo and piercing parlor in the city of Hathian, so in that aspect we already stand out. What I want to do is to be able to drive traffic in the store by offering up amazing rp and building up as much rapport as I can. By doing that, people will feel more connected to the shop and more motivated to support us. I feel like by offering great rp and keeping the traffic of that rp consistent, we will be able to continue to stand out.

EXPERIENCE: I am very fun loving, organized, and I am always exploring new opportunities to rp. I love communicating with people. I was co-owner of 'House of Pain Tattoo & Piercing Parlor' in Crael (a closed sim) for about a year. The parlor was doing very well with weekly events and great rp traffic until the sim eventually closed. I feel like having that prior experience, my personal qualities and the support of my comrades would help me to be a good leader.

IDEAS: By initiating roleplay, I can make the first step in allowing people to feel comfortable enough to want to make the Poison Apple a part of their storyline. I have always tried to get people into the shop by hinting in roleplay. For example, if I'm roleplaying with someone who has tattoos, I'd suggest that they might need a touch-up. By doing these things we drive rp back into the shop. As far as new employees, I always try my hardest to catch them in roleplay, or if I don't, at least shoot them an offline message to see if they like working at the parlor so far. It is important to allow people to feel comfortable.

OTHER: A rave! I had an idea to collaborate with Blue (manager of the TT) and see if we can have some tattoo'd dancers to dance at the rave. It would be at the warehouse and I was considering a 'black light' theme. I think it would be a great opportunity not only for the Poison Apple and the Titty Twister, but for the sim at large.
