Super Chopsticks

BACKGROUND: I would like to re-gain regular business and traffic through Super Chopsticks by collaborating with the college, promoting events through the students and via social media (i.e. Twitter) and word of mouth. As far as events are concerned, they would include weekly discounts and specials, student discounts, family discounts, etc. On the job training would be offered to new employees as well as any suggestions on improving the business by employees would always be taken into account. I would be co-managing the business IC with Edyn Hoxley (Edyn "Ginger" Summers), whom is well known throughout the community as a business owner as a landlord and a co-owner of H'Zine Magazine. IC, my character Nikki Felton (Nikko Zelin) has worked at Super Chopsticks for nearly one [RL] year, so taking over the business or gaining a management promotion would fit into her storyline.

UNIQUE: By doing regular promotion of said business, incorporating any IC ideas from other characters both of the legal and illegal nature into the business, and constantly brainstorming new ideas to fit Super Chopsticks into other characters' storylines as much as possible.

EXPERIENCE: Well, outside of roleplaying, I have worked several clubs throughout the grid, as well as managed in in-world store over the duration of nearly six years of gameplay. I would also like to mention that I have also been an avid roleplayer for nearly six years and am moderately experienced on the ins and outs of faction workings throughout different sims.

IDEAS: IC word-of-mouth promotion, IC interviews preferrably, 'business meetings', and making as much of an appearance at Super Chopsticks (and the campus) as much as I can between my time spent working at HGH, and being a student.

OTHER: Most likely arranging an IC party or some sort of event along the lines of a party, to celebrate the business, which will hopefully, get the word out and get other players interested in visiting the restaurant more frequently.
