BACKGROUND: Sloppy Seconds will be an thrift store selling clothing, home goods, furniture and other used or inexpensive items. It is not a Good Will or charity-based thrift store, but just a regular business. It will be run by Poe Henusaki (Etchasketchy Resident), with assistance of Inara Shen (Inara Indigo). It will be located next to the Shen Gallery of Fine Arts, across the street from the Seaside Youth Center in Vodou. The building is already there, and RP has already been going on about procuring the place and fixing it up. If approved, there will be a few actual items for sale, such as clothing and shoes, home decorations and toys from gacha events (and eventually, we have plans of selling furniture and clothing we design ourselves). For the most part, it is just an IC shop, where RP is welcome for anyone to come in and buy baby clothes for their bastard-on-board or an old couch that smells like bacon for their new apartment.

EXPERIENCE:CD needs a thrift store! Shopping for clothes and furniture can be fun RP. In addition, it makes good IC sense for the two lead players involved in the business venture. Inara will be importing cheap crap from China and selling it at the shop, while Poe will be managing and running the joint as a way to support herself and her family better. Both Poe and Inara are experienced role-players and have been in CD for years. they have had (or currently have) managed other businesses successfully, so there is little question that this venture will also run smoothly.
