BACKGROUND: I intend to follow the footsteps of Jack Pink (Tayler Rhiadra) making sure that the RnT status as a den of iniquities remains, while putting effort into keeping the more libidinous stories alive. My focus would include bringing the underground brothel back to the surface of the parlor, keeping in mind that this place offers desires to be filled and pleasured, while keeping the massage's parlor charm, hiding the more illegal things underneath the surface. For one customer it's just a shady massage parlor, with Tea's spa-ish treatments and sensual massages. For the other, it can extend into many things, request and you will get what you want. I would promote both sides of the coin ICly Through twitter, put things on the agenda and come up with events, I want to work with other businesses and stimulate collaboration as much as rivalry intending to keep the wheel turning, As I've seen Jack up and close running the lead, She naturally kept in contact with members of the group, sending notices and IM's through the story and I would intend to do the same thing and keep both IC and OOC warm with new groups members and people interested. I naturally came in touch with the parlor, through a story line weaved by incredible role-players , one that perfectly lined up with Max's background as a former madame, and being new in town. As a separate entity I feel like I organically joined the parlor's story line and moved through their ranks, Max ended up befriending and charming Jack, over a short period of time. Trust was gained and Max became her right hand woman, which eventually led her to become her Assistant manager. As the parlor's story goes, Jack never returned from Japan and this would be the perfect reason for Max stepping up and taking over, she always has showed to have more interested in climbing the food chain, this could be her opportunity to find herself in a place, she wants to be. It would mean, that she would keep her mentor's vision in mind, respect and value the traditions of the parlor, though she would spice it up with her own way of doing things and find out as she goes for example : Max is interested and involved with Bon Temps, and I expect them to work together on certain levels, offering each others services. If you keep the den of Iniquities in mind, this could create stories and opportunities not only for bourbon street and the massage parlor itself, but other businesses included.

EXPERIENCE:In daily life I work with friends, and people close to finalize our like minded visions, I make decisions on daily basis and I'm learning that communication is the key. Be clear in what you demand, Ask and you will receive, and understand that not everyone thinks the same way you do, don't take things too personal and be interested to include one and other and listen to what they have to say . This is something, that I think a leader needs, and I would do the more than my best to reflect this.

 

IDEAS:Keeping communication open, as much as ICly & OOCly, I will aim to keep throwing bones to everyone - what they do with it, will be entirely up to them, but I would try to keep the wheel turning and invite others in to be a part of the parlor's story.

 

OTHER:Girls! Girls! Girls! A sort of block party, perhaps on a different location free VIP packages so a lot of positive attention would be brought back to the RnT - Give them a taste of what the parlor has to offer along with discount coupons, beautiful woman and males on request , offering traditional massages - and those interested to look past the curtain would be offered a more acquired taste.
