[b]GROUP NAME:[/b] Rader Records

BACKSTORY: I thought I'd give this a shot as I know that the Rader needs a new lead. Kate's been a part of the Rejects gang for a few months now (while not banded yet) and I figured it'd be okay and appropriate to go for it, since she began working there as she got out of HFI (so, quite some time ago). Basically, if she's not at the hospital, she's at Rader (which is more often, since that's her primary focus). She's been in Hathian for a few years now, so in this time she managed to learn about the good and the bad in the city, so it can be said that she has enough experience to be the lead of a shop in one of the most dangerous areas in town.

UNIQUE: Most important factor: it's the only records store in Hathian! It focuses on music, and due to the fact that it is a gang turf as well, it is open to a lot of RP opportunities. It can attract any type of characters, from the regular citizen who'd just like to attend the events (or maybe seeking some trouble!), to music geeks, to junkies who're there to blend in with the crowd and get their hands on some stuff!

EXP:First of all, I've been RPing for.. maybe five years now, so the concept is more than just familiar to me. I've also never had complaints about godmodding or metagaming or even the 'need to win' attitude, as probably most if not all people I RPed with can tell :). Secondly, I'm very approachable OOC, and I'd love to work out plot ideas with RPers and different businesses in CD. This is the only sim I RP in, so basically my time online is focused here only, therefore time to work things out and plot and actually be around is not a problem. I've always stayed away from drama and I'm happy to help solve any situation that would keep everyone away from it, and I am going to keep it that way, including the business. I'm patient and I'm open to new ideas and to working together and RPing with whoever wants to get involved!

IDEAS:More events! Such as themed nights/evenings for each genre of music, like they'll play certain types of music and records from specific artists according to the genre. Or fill up a list of requests for music from people and then playing them all some time that will be convenient for everyone, with like cocktail stands and maybe record shaped cookies? hahah, I mean, if the bakery can get that done :D. And of course, as that is Rejects turf drugs would be pushed so it'd also be an attraction for the junkies (and cops?). Also, we could have employees run errands to and from the radio station, as it's a branch of Rader, which would be another opportunity from the employees from the radio station to work together with the ones from Rader Records.
