The Pie Hole

BACKGROUND: As a leader I would continue the direction Cat was taking the Pie hole. The Pie hole will be a friendly environment in and as far as gangs go the Pie Hole will remain on neutral ground. It will be a place where anyone can come and enjoy some Pizza, cheese sticks, ect. On the topic of events I plan to keep the weekly specials. I also plan on collaborating with other businesses and participating in other sim wide events. Like the recent summer fairs, or the block parties, along with the halloween parties that was put up for children. We can provide any food or drinks for private or public events. Court has been working for the Pie hole for about a year now. And has been the manager since August. She’s spent a lot of time at the Pie hole working. For the most part Court tried to separate what's going on out in town and focus on working when she is. She does have a tendency to get herself into trouble sometimes but the Pie hole is one of her ways to keep herself out of that. New employs would be encouraged to get involved with whatever is going on. They would be aware of what specials we have and any events that are going on.

UNIQUE: The Pie hole is the only pizza shop in town. On top of that it’s going to stay neutral gang wise, that means anyone can come and enjoy a meal in the friendly environment. We will also be doing the specials each week.

EXPERIENCE: I’ve had a bit of experience managing an RP sim along with a real estate company here so I think those will probably help me as a leader.

IDEAS: New players are always welcomed at the Pie hole. They will receive an IM from myself welcoming them. I’d also put a welcoming message in the Pie hole group as a message to let the other employs know to say hi and try to get some RP with them or help them out if they need it. I will try to RP with them as well letting them know whats going on as far as events and weekly specials.

OTHER: It won’t really be a grand re-opening, It’ll be more of a management shift. Despite that, the week of management shift I’ll put on daily specials.
