BACKSTORY: Plans: The plans for the business is to provide the people of Hathian with a different means of acquiring money. It allows for people to pawn or sell items that are no longer useful to the person. With pawning an item, the person receives a short term loan based on a percentage of the value of the item. That loan must be paid back or the pawn shop keeps the item for the shop's use. A person may also sell the item. The shop will pay a price under the value of the item. The shop also sells items to the public. The business will also have a secondary private business. This business will also produce and sell counterfeit money. This will not be known to the public but will be available to select business partners. How it came about: Khloe Glamour (Caramelo Cardalines) was interested in finding a way to make money in Hathian. Most of her friends are broke or unemployed and thought what was an easy way of making money and helping them out. Brainstorming, she noticed the answer was right there; Making it. So she contacted a friend back home in Miami for some assistance with getting started and he guided her. He contacted reputable places where he gets his ink and paper from and referred her to them. She took a road trip down to Miami and bought the paper and ink. Ready to produce, she wanted to make sure she had a market for it and got her best friend Sharea Nightfire and ran the idea through her. Sharea liked the idea and wanted in. She suggested they get a front for the business so they can be safer than running out of Khloe's apartment. Sharea came up with an idea for a pawn shop. Money is the main reason pawn shops exist and Khloe felt it was perfect. Khloe being able to invest into a business agreed with Sharea and went storefront shopping. They found a cute corner front in D8 and rented it out. Now with their store, they needed a name, and once again Sharea stepped up and named the store. "p4wn3d" and Khloe laughed and loved it. Sharea and Khloe are business partners but due to some problems Khloe will be the "face" of the company. c

UNIQUE: We lend easily as long as an item is pawned. We sell things at much cheaper prices than other stores. We produce counterfeit money and sell it privately.

EXP:I have been RP'ing in the den for a little over a year now. I have Ideas for RP constantly and I am always trying to involve people I don't know in my RP's. I'm organized with how I do and run things.

IDEAS:With newcomers IC this can be a way they can pawn some items off and get money to be able to establish themselves in Hathian. OOC this can also be a place they can come and learn how to RP. I understand that RP at first can be a bit overwhelming and I would love to help out. For those already established IC id love to associate the business with other businesses that may need money to cover debts. Also with gangs or groups that would like to acquire counterfeits for a low price. OOC its all about creating plots that can include various groups at once and create nice angles to everyone's stories. I have been thinking to later on start a plot that the cops are being informed that counterfeits are on the rise in the city and inform businesses to be on the look out. maybe put an article in the paper raising awareness. that way it can be rp'd that people look to see if the money is counterfeit. but thats for later on.

OTHER:Every city needs a Pawn Shop! lol and look in the TV, they have their own reality shows now. lol <3
