BACKGROUND: As the Leader of the MB Inn, I will continue to expand the use of the motel for the citizen's of Hathian, primarily focusing on reaching out to the new comers to Hathian or citizen who has lost everything. The MB Inn staff will be pro-active and involve Notecards when RPing with other citizens to encourage them to stop over at the motel if they need a place to stay. In addition, we will be offering "Additional Services" to the citizens from one of our new recently added MB Inn Entertainer Tags (10 active girls). To help promote the business, I want to get other employees involved with those activities. She is working on setting up a social mixer where it will be an opportunity for regular citizens to stop by and meet the MB Entertainers. This social event will be promoted through the Observer and will be an all hands on deck event for the MB Inn. Besides regular social events, we will be having food drives to help the poor in Hathan (Bring in 2 canned items, get a discount on a room.) To make employees feel included, it is important to get them Tagged quickly and encourage them to build their own story lines which will bring in other RPers. As a lead, I feel it is my job to setup the basic business parameters and direction, allow fellow RPers to expand their own scenes which will hopefully involve the MB Inn. It is best be involved and be flexible as a Leader, I know the best ideas will not always come from me. Gab originally appointed him a fellow manager before she went MIA. In this Role, Zethen has become a known as The current MB Inn Manager/Pimp who has a hungry appetite for women. He has worked hard to recruit Entertainers by asking and sometimes by turning to his evil was and forcing them into the Entertainment business. His street reputation has helped to boster the RP at the motel to involve new items such as Entertainers, James the Security Guard, Yar the Candy man for the girls. When business is slow, Zethen is out looking for ways to RP citizens into the motel or take a sinister approach to cut deals.

UNIQUE: The MB Inn will stand out from other businesses because we will focus on our bread and butter - cheap accommodations and Entertainment for our guests. We have an active motel roster of clerks, entertainers, security guards, and active manager all working together to create a seedy motel experience for our fellow citizens in Hathian. I am proposing to make the following changes to the motel - Expand the use to advertisement Notecards, manager living on-site, re-furnishing the upper rooms into extended stay rooms, a dedicated comfort room for the police (A deal cut with Rooke the cop, to keep the MB Inn off the police radar with the Entertainers, and security office in upper room. James the Lead security guard has the ability to hire for a security guard role as a way to have him involved. Mainly, open to all ideas form other Employees.

EXPERIENCE: I feel my creativity, ability to create story lines, actively seeking out RP are good qualities to have as a Leader. I enjoy playing a seedy manager with a bad street reputation, but I am respectful IC to not go over board and power game. In addition, I will IM fellow citizens OOC and keep things light with them and joke, even is a scene might be tough on them. Overall, I feel I am engaging, witty, and open to input from fellow RPers. Zethen has been running in the true management role at the MB Inn since Gab went MIA, it would be great to have an opportunity to continue to expand on the role, but in a more official capacity by going through the business proposal process.

IDEAS: I plan to engage new players by getting them tagged quickly and find out their interests IC. I will encourage them get involved, keep the rules simple, and encourage them to be proactive with promoting the motel. I post regular notices to keep fellow employees of what is happening around the motel and I usually request feedback or volunteers to contribute.

OTHER: Grand opening event would be announced in the observer. We would be offering an off-site mixer style party for the citizens, discounted motel stays, entertainment sessions, and a job hiring event. All are invited and hope to expand on the RP.
