BACKGROUND: I would get the business involved with sponsering community events with other local businesses. The moment a new employee registers to be a member of the team, I would IM them and say welcome to the team and I'm the manager lead and if they need help to let me know! My character is very respectful, she's shy but she can demand a lot from many people.

UNIQUE: We will make the business stand out by being community involved. We want to be there to serve the people of Hathian and promote the greatness of eating Chicken!

EXPERIENCE: I've helped in many other RP sims with manager stuff. My account may only be 10 months old but my original rez date is July 17, 2009 on the account of Koyko Calamity. I've been anything from DJ manger to Host Manager to Group Manger to Store Manager. I think it will help me to be engaged and friendly in the community.

IDEAS: I would IM them immediately and be like Welcome to the Team! If you need any help, let me know! I plan to come meet you in IC soon, so you will know who she is and have her IC number.

OTHER: I would throw a party that was called "Free Chicken Hour!" It's where everyone in Hathian would get chicken for a certain period of time! I would also invite other business to come and mingle with the people!
