BACKGROUND: I'd like to keep a regular presence in the business and make sure to get a lot of RP going, since I've noticed a few businesses that seem dead most of the time. I'd be sure to give new employees basic direction when they first join and teach them the ropes and run sales ocasionally to bring in more customers, perhaps maybe a quiet party or two when the shop is closed. I think Dani would fit this position well since she is assertive and a leader, however she is usually nice and VERY lenient to the people who don't piss her off, making her perfect for management.

UNIQUE: By keeping RP thriving as much as possible and spending a lot of IC time here to do so, maybe hire some dude in a weird suit to stand outside holding a sign... 😛

EXPERIENCE:I love to get storylines started and am good with organising things, in an old RP I was the leader of the underground and a drug ring, so management in RP is nothing new to me.

IDEAS:ICly teach them the job, get them involved I'm regular RP and make sure to create a fun environment people will want to stay in.

OTHER:Alcohol, music, maybe a stripper or two... Big party with a massive cleanup for the day before the grand reopening, then maybe for the reopening event the basic BBQ and coupons everywhere thing. While trying to hide the hangover from the previous night. Hopefully both ways would bring in new possible employees for the job.
