BACKSTORY: My plans for Civil Services involve bringing structure to the group. I have been role playing in the Crack Den for a little over four years now and have only ever seen Civil Services active during big events or through the dedication of a very few active players. My agenda for C.S is to create a structure for the group that will allow now staff to feel welcomed and have an idea of how the business works. This will involve creating a welcome letter of sorts explaining how the role of Lawyer works and how the role of Social Worker works. At the moment and as I found when I joined earlier this week was that it's very much an 'You have this title now do whatever.'thing. I would like to implement two explanations for Defendants and Prosecution as well as make it obvious in the roster what people play which. This list would also be placed in the forum as an IC means of letting people know who they can contact that actually works at Civil Services. The same goes for Social Workers. Currently there doesn't seem a clear means of them to reach out to homeless children. I would like to offer some aid to the folk who go down the S.W branch. This could and hopefully will be in the form of idea on enticing kids to come get help. Whether it's taking part in local fairs. Possibly joining up with kid friendly businesses and giving out information ICly. I also really think a rewards system would be good. Lawyers and Social workers who have a successful case can have it made known in house via a kind of 'star system' Names on a board and every won / successful case gets a gold star and at the end of each month that person gets a free dinner at the diner or a cash bonus.
UNIQUE: At the moment there are people working in C.S for the HFI role play between DE and CD. However usually it's a very quiet business. I know there's no real way to stop quiet times but I'm hoping that by adding the above mentioned changes C.S will become a thriving and busy place for people to role play. So while that's not totally something different to other businesses it could very well be a good change to the way C.S is currently running.
EXP:I ran The Clam after the sims last Rebuild and offered my skills in creating the current uniform and logo. I also owned a Hair Salon and Cafe as well as my most recent; and soon to be closed; Free Minds Mental Health Clinic. With each business I've been incredibly focused on bringing in activity and offering help and explanation to the various ways in which businesses run. While I haven't been on the main sim too often due to my current businesses placement. I am an active role player, on almost every day. I have been active in keeping up with changes to the sim and keeping communication open with other leaders and staff.

OTHER:Other than what I've added above I can't think of anything else. I do plan on keeping open communication with new and old staff alike in order to keep Civil Services fresh and running smoothly.
