BACKGROUND: Alex has worked at the Clam through her teen years and into her 20s, it's time that she step up and start taking some managing role in the store. She is tired of the lack of return clientele and wants to make sure that there are regulars to the store-- a little community as it is truly the only place to get fast groceries inside of Hathian. The place needs a brand and someone to speak for it. As a leader, would like to pull the Clam into more rp first with little things like sales, deals, discount days, etc. As well, the Clam has always been left out of the community and would like to right that as working with other stores to establish its own niche and see more involvement outside of the little space it takes up.

UNIQUE: As the only "convenient" place to get groceries in Hathian, the Clam needs to boost that fact and strive for much more return and reliable customers. The Clam has the opportunity to become the place Hathians come to 1-2 a week, no matter their affiliation. Neutral ground. We all gotta eat and provide.

EXPERIENCE:Marketing, first and foremost and being in charge of rl marketing team is a headstart on the leadership factor and learning how to deal with personalities in a large group of people. Inclusion is very important as a leader, to find the strengths of a group and piece them together to create a whole. I think I'm rather efficient at this and would love to create fun new ideas to get the Clam and its clerks more involved in Hathian community. Its been missing out!

IDEAS:Being there to rp with is the first step! There is a lot of missed opportunity by not being around often enough at a store to draw in new players and create storylines. In the end, we're all striving for a storyline-- take it wherever it leads, but engagement and openness to start an rp is the best thing. Followed by IC goals, ideas, orders, etc. Personalities come to play when rp is plentiful and I enjoy watching newcomers find a place to start their home ground.

OTHER:Since the Clam has been out of commission and minds for so long, it would need a full event for the grand re-opening and hopefully based around more than just adults. The store is, after all, where everyone would buy groceries-- family's included. Would like to pull in some family rp to the sim by throwing a little street festival to announce the grand opening of your "Loyal Neighborhood Clam". Including a couple booths, face painting, door prizes and maybe a sweepstake of 'years supply of slurpies'.
