BACKSTORY: The Clam was about long before Hathian got ruined and is back up and running well and truly, albeit with a small work force but one that's. Reasonably loyal. Overall, the agenda is to manage with a swift but fair hand, make sure all food in stock is before it's use by date, hold sales when it's not and provide much needed groceries to the people of Hathian.

UNIQUE: Considering it is an existing establishment all I can say that as the manager, I'll make sure the employees have a reason to want to Role play there. I'll be active there myself and will hold frequent in character event's, implement staff discounts and penalties for thign slike stealing from the registrar and drinking on the job.

EXP:I have been Role Playing in CD for a little over a year now and in that time have owned a business and still would if it wasn't for my characters Death. The cafe and salon I owned was generally well used and busy and I managed to keep employee's attracted to the location. I also like to think I have good communication skills and keep up with communication with the people I need to.

IDEAS:What I ahve noticed with the Clam in particular is the lack of rules. IC rules of course. Staff get away with a lot and there doesn't seem to be any kind of protocols in place. I'll definitly as an IC manager and OOC leader help implement those things to help enrich the role play for employees and to help them guide customers in certain role play such as robberies.

OTHER:Quite simply I think the Clam needs a Manager both IC and OOC to help bring it back into the Hathian community as somewhere people would like to Role Play. And of course. That it should be me. lol
