GROUP NAME: Berthier Street Bakery

BACKSTORY: The business is already established and existing. It's also in need of a manager and that's where I'd like to come in. My agenda is only to manage and run it.

UNIQUE: Again, it's already established and existing. I've walked through town more than once and there are no other bakeries that I'm aware of.

EXP:I *want* to manage the bakery. I think my initiative will make me a good leader.

IDEAS:None in mind for the bakery just yet, but I'm more than willing to coordinate with any employees/other Hathian business owners and form ideas & events.

GROUP NAME: Berthier Street Baker

BACKSTORY: Aizzel has lived in Hathian for nearly two years, she is currently the assitant manager at the Pawn Shop. After some conflict she has had with one of the employee's she felt best it would be better for her to leave, and is ready to manage something on her own, especially since she would be finishing school soon as well. (I would leave the position and have her quit ICLy if the application is approved of course.) Since she has notice the manager needed sign, she decided to take that plunge and apply for the postition. Plus she's a closet heiffer who loves muffins, its what she loves. And since she enjoyed making the muffins for Val's benefit, she figured it was her only real talent she had that would help her get a decent job outside her petty crime. It would continue to be ran as the bakery, with those who are looking for the 'special' pastries that will be included.

UNIQUE: The bakery was a part of Hathian, and I would like to help breath life back into it again and bring RP back into the shop.

EXP:I've been RPing in CD for the past two years, and help with a lot of the major events on campus. Most recently the lingerie bowl. I am currently running the MAD sorority ICLy as the group's president. So I know how to handle the ooc issues that tend to rise in group situations.

IDEAS:If the proposal is accepted I would have a three day weekend event of sales to welcome her as the new manager. Also, she would be selling as mention the lace pastries for those who are looking for something to spice up their day. Also for those who are health nuts, there would be the vegan/vegetarian special's for the day, as well a juice bar. Because it is Hathian she would be purchasing her fruit from the local convience shop so it wouldn't always be fresh, or even from fruit; it would be the juice box stuff. But, she never say it to a potential customer. She would also have the early morning and late night special's on the pastries she does burn, or under cook. Nothing will be thrown out. As for the crime aspect, I'm open to nearly anything that wouldn't effect the other shops near by.

OTHER:I know the community well and someone who RP with anyone who is standing around. I've help out a lot of the new RP'ers that has come through CU first, with going over the rules and the application and even done small RP with them to help them. I've done a lot of events in CU that help brought RP there and introduce characters who would have never met otherwise. I understand there will be times when someone won't come by to the bakery, I've done a lot of parking on campus or at the Pawn Shop. And, I think I get alone rather well with most people OOCly.
