CD 24 Hour Pawn Shop

BACKGROUND: I would love to increase the amount of RP the Pawnshop has been getting, I have already started a personal RP regarding carrying many of the goods from the shop to different business and selling them on. This means other business owners will be able to have links with the pawnshop knowing they would always be able to get 'stock'. I would love to make the pawnshop have different contacts with in the HPD and Civil services (for example someone hoping to make bail or pay back bonds).

UNIQUE: The Pawn shop is already a pre-approved business. They have always had a unique RP and I honestly adore RPing my character there as an employee. The pawn shop is always able to get a steady flow of products to sell, The RP itself means newcomers have a legitimate way to make money by selling their items and the weapons side of the business means we are constantly needed to supply criminals.

EXPERIENCE:I have past experience in lead work on RP sims, I also have a clear definition of OOC and IC. This means I am able to help someone if they are new on sim by suggesting role play at the shop or give advice to employees. I would like to think I am a fairly organized so will be able to keep things working on an OOC level. I would hope I am approachable so If I am to receive an IM would resolve any matter brought to me.

IDEAS:I would always insist new players IM me if they are to sign up to the business, purely to arrange an in character meeting if I am not in the shop. I would create a welcome 'packet' with information in regards to the shops history and the rules regarding NPC's shop keepers. I would also check the Rooster daily to see who has been spending time in the shop, so I might have more help with in managing a business.

OTHER:For a Grand reopening I would love to do an event, this could be a number of things such as Combining to business together for the night (this would have to be checked with the owner of such business) For example: The Pawnshop works with the HGH to raise money for patients by selling certain goods. Or A themed party promoting the business, the theme could be anything from wearing an outfit that is second hand (the hipster bash?) To a speakeasy.
