Brayden comes from money, and lots of it. His family did as well, though they also earned enough of their own to support their entire prestigious neighborhood. He learned his work ethic from his father, a rock of a man, who never took no for an answer. He learned his mental imbalance from his mother, a less than sane woman, who never seemed satisfied with 'the norm'.

Growing up, Brayden excelled at everything he involved himself in: school, sports, women. He finished high school with a breeze, never cracking a book, yet always the straight A student. He attended Medical School at Harvard, earning his MD in record time. Intelligent, would hardly seem sufficient to describe him, as he aced every class, with little effort. His residency and internship performed at John Hopkins. His strong suits include Emergency Medicine, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Internal Medicine.

Even during his studies, which he did little of, he remained obsessed with his physique. Brayden worked out everyday, twice a day, his appearance solidifies his seemingly perfect life. Never having a problem landing any woman in his path, he shared his bed with many, but never committed to any.

Brayden, bored of his perfect life, yearned for excitement, risk, and challenge. He became intrigued after following the story of the 'Angel of Mercy', one Jane Toppan. As a nurse she would derive pleasure by saving the lives of her patients after bringing them to the brink of death through drug induced comas. Soon afterwards she found she derived more pleasure in their deaths. That was it! He had found his calling.

Brayden worked diligently, becoming obsessed with his new found love. Working at various hospitals world-wide, never lacking for patients as his stunning looks, and seemingly gentleman-like demeanor kept him busy and rich beyond imagination, while the thrill of killing and healing, picking and choosing who lives, and who dies drove him to the god-like complex he now emcompasses.

While working at the London Clinic in Devonshire Place, he met his match, his soulmate, and the love of his life. Gia, a nurse, another 'angel' in all aspects stole his heart and his bachelorhood. Gia was every man's dream, a beauty so unnerving to most, they'd never attempt to engage her attentions. She was the perfect woman, bold, beautiful, sexy, flawless, the perfect woman for him. They married after a whirlwind romance, the perfect wedding of course, and continued their deviant, sadistic, life together.

Never staying in one place too long, and never raising a brow as to any criminal activity, Brayden and Gia travelled the world, lost in their work, their steamy romance, and the continued perfect life which seemed to follow Brayden where ever he called home.

Brayden and Gia now fall into the city of Hathian, to yet again, continue their rampage of 'Mercy'.
