i'd like to suggest a place that could potentially generate a lot of RP, a boxing rink/club. It'd be pretty in keeping with a tough urban enivronment and could help diversify the jobs in CD. I could imagine it as being a shabby warehouse place with basic features, punching bags, weights in the main room and back rooms for gambling and a ring for fights-some cops and criminals could fight it out in evenings, all different types would be allowed to train and fight there. Some jobs such as boxing coaches, bookies and professional/semi pro boxers could be created. i'm putting forward the idea if somebody wants to take it as a business and set it up, it'd be cool to see, imo. i'm on a free account and i don't own land so 😛 if somebody thinks this would be a good business idea, i'd like to see it get done. There'd probably have to be some rules over fights and how long they last but otherwise i don't think it'd be too complicated.
Also if it was put opposite some place like Lou's then it'd probably get a good amount of people going to it. i've seen a boxing ring before in the sim farther out but i think the more central the location, the more people would use it. Anyway, this is my first forum post ever so sorry if it's vague or doesn't run too smoothly, been studying and am tireeed. Let me know what you guys think.
