Black Dog Investigative Services will be a small time company,
Founded by former HPD Detective Sergeant, Declan O'Sullivan

This company will focus on a range of investigations, ranging from police assisted investigations and street information gathering from a long time and well gathered former Detective who has many connections to Personal contracts, ranging from finding lost kittens, missing persons, civil abuse, sexual affairs of a spouse, drug abuse, drug sales, fraud, etc.

The investigative service would help the community in achieving and unburdening the civilian populace of it's overwhelming level of unsolved crime. Being able to pick up cold cases that had slipped through the crack of the PD, for the sake of the community!

((OOC: Being as Declan is a former police officer, he will be supplying behind the scenes: - Vigilante justice, hunting down perpetrators, cheating spouses or lovers, murderers and criminals that have leaked through the system to help members of society reach their ultimate level of Justice that they felt the "System" was unable to provide. - Possibly even working for the HPD, getting his hands dirty on criminals that the police, for some reason or another, can't touch while they are under a spot light. - Providing muscle for certain factions, perhaps "encouraging" or collecting money for loan sharks that are over due, using Investigative skills to track down those who are hard to find or hiding well.))

EXPERIENCE: Because Declan has been a long out-standing police officer of the HPD, but has grown tired of the way the HPD operates, while still craving his love for corrupt police investigations. I think that this business will help further Declan's story to a whole new level with brand new trails of RP for himself, while also reaching out to offer a brand new way of handling stories and becoming a tool to further other members of the community's roleplay!
