Hi guys,

I know my leaving CD/SL was sudden, so I wanted to come in and better explain for those of you that care to know. Those that don't, then you don't have to read this 🙂

At my last doctor appointment, there were nodules found on my thyroid, three of them. This is obviously not normal, so my doctor is sending me to have a biopsy done on them.

I am confident that they are non cancerous. After doing some reading, I found out that only 5% of people who have these nodules are found to have thyroid cancer. The biopsy will be done on November 5th.

I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me or any of that. I am not here trying to get sympathy or any of that, if I want sympathy, I can get lots of it from Nadir. 😛 I just felt that I should let those who do wonder and those who do want to know what is going on.

I am still struggling with the issues with my liver, but that will be ok too. My heart hasn't been beating properly, so I have been instructed to rest and avoid stress as much as I can, so you can see why I have left SL. It's not permanent, but it will be for a very lengthy time.

All I ask is that you all be good to Nadir. He's very stressed with trying to rebuild CD, come up with new things to freshen it up, and make it even more fun for all of you, plus his RL work, and of course with what is going on with me. Try to be open minded about things and give it a try before you jump into being anti anything new.
