I've set up 2 apartments for rent near my new house in Vodou.
both in the same building, with a separate entry.

They both come fully furnished, with a working kitchen with PG animations and an adult bed. All the furniture is top quality and a lot of attention has been put in order to make them realistic and cozy.

There is everything you need, but you still have a 7 prims allowance to personalize the room, rez poseballs or unpack boxes.
