I bet there's already a thread for this topic but I am a lazy lazy man so I will start my own. I've been talking about alts with a couple people lately and it seemed that the ones that I really respected had there own personal rules about how they would use them as well as common sense dunt pg ones. Thought in this thread we could talk about what we think the do's and do'nts of alts are for a more trouble free Rp experience. This is just my opinion of course but well lets start.

First thing is fights. Now obviously when your in the middle of a fight having an alt show up is pretty suspicious and I've seen someone almost banned for this. bu does this count for all conflict. Basically I think the answer is yes unless your alt is phoned but even then need some serious discretion.

So what about police and alts. If your alt is the victim of a crime and you spend all your time searching for the perp. Is there a line that needs to be stated on this kind of roleplay. I don't actually know the answer to this one it seems sketchy to me but i could be wrong. Whats others opinions or rules on the matter

We have discussed phoning an alt on another so that seems pretty cut and dry but what other issues do people see when they have alts or see others who do. What about alt domination. Of course i know that every alt is a separate character but that doesn't mean I want to spend the day roleplaying with the many unique faces of one person. Am I off on this. Just looking for opinions. thanks
