crayonwax residentsaidDominic Martinez was born into a multi-cultural house in 1989, in Hawaii. Soon after, he and his parents moved back to Columbia. Dominic's father was part of a Columbian cartel and was sent down on murder charges when Dominic was very young. His mother opted to return to the states to try to keep her son from following in his father's footsteps, but she soon died of cancer. Being a mixed race orphan, Dominic aged out of a group home and soon left Hawaii in hopes of pursuing a career in music in California. He spent the next decade in Los Angelos, failing miserably to succeed at anything except selling coke for a Columbian cartel. Recently, Dominic screwed over that Columbian cartel and stole a large amount of their cash and fled to the deep south, in the hopes of funding his dreams, yet. Unfortunately, during his road trip from Cali to Louisiana, he spent or lost most of the cash due to gambling and drug use. His car broken down on the side of the road...the only sign for miles 'Hathian 7 miles'. The mountain of a man lumbered down the dirty road toward the only signs of civilization in miles. With a duffel of belongings and his guitar on his back, he had little choice in staying in Hathian. At least for now. Having rented a motel room for now, Dominic set out into the city to do some busking and play some cover songs for cash. With his car in the impound, he'd have to earn his way to some new wheels. But would he meet those goals, or would the lures of the dank town up ahead lead him to stray off his dream pathway? Time would tell... |
