Jasmine sits down and writes in her own hand about the threatening phone call she got. She's not sure if it's legit or not, but she tries to remember every word as she writes just in case.

I answered the phone at the hospital, I was at the lobby desk. "Hathian General, Dr. Slade." I said in my usual tone.

I heard this voice sounding creepy and dark. "Listen up..and don't hang up or someone there will die this night. The time for blood is near and it will be on the hospitals hands." ....it seemed like a very threatening tone to me and sure did get my attention.

I looked up at Dr. Amat because I'd just told him I'd had an odd feeling, just minutes before getting the call. It was like someone had heard me or read my thoughts, but no one was around but the two of us. I could feel the tiny hairs along the back of my neck standing up. Then I told him... "I'm not hanging up." I was afraid to hang up and I guess I wanted to hear what he had to say too.

Then he said "Good..now take good notes" he just kept on in that freaky voice.... "The hospital owes us blood..it owes us.." he stopped for a full minute and I was thinking he was going to hang up.... "From here on out there will be no more peace in your hospital. Until I get what I want, no one there is safe, Especially the staff. Until I get what was taken from me back...there will be no rest there for anyone. I hope you all are ready to deal with your own staffs blood on your hands.

I could feel my own anger growing, he was making me so mad. So I just plunged on. .. "Tell me what this is all about. Maybe I can get you back what you want. Who is responsible for your loosing something, and who is us?" I couldn't imagine what was going on and and I couldn't place the voice but I wanted some answers.

He just laughed then, sounding sort of crazy and went on... "No...there is no bargaining on this one. The only way to pay the price is with blood. Tell your boss and all your coworkers. If you doubt what I say, just wait. I will leave you a sign you will never forget" ...... I was sure I could hear a growl, almost like a low threat when a dog is about to attack but he just kept going.... "No longer will you take from anyone else...you will know what its like to have things taken from you. To not have the control you all seek to establish over your patients" .....he laughed again, I can't forget how sick he sounded.

I tried to shake off that feeling that was washing over me and decided to change my tone so he didn't feel threatened by me.... "Sir, please listen to me. Everyone here ties their best to help people get well. That's all we're here for. If you'd come in and talk to me, maybe we could help you. Please, don't hurt the staff.".... I think I was holding the phone so hard my knuckles were white. I don't want to see the staff get hurt.

Then he said...., "Its too late for that..people are already hurt..I've been hurt. There is no getting well in this place and you of all people understand that" ....then he got real silent for a minute or so before going on to say..... "You have been warned. Watch for my sign and good luck" .... He slammed the phone down then leaving me just holding the ear piece to my ear.
