AnonymoussaidOkay, I'm confused, I admit, and feel free for anyone to tell me why they do this... but in a lot of rp posts I read something like /me WOULD jump out of the window. This is probably me being pedantic - or maybe it's a US English versus actual UK English thing, or some other language barrier, but surely it should be something like.... /me jumps out of the window /me tries to jump out of the window To me "would" says that they might do that thing, but for some reason aren't. /me would have a cup of coffee, if I could be bothered to make it. And please, please, please don't take this as a criticism or anything it's really just me being curious as it's something I've noticed a lot of people write....and I can't remember noticing it before I came to CD. |
