Summary: Officer Cox finds a half-naked woman walking the streets with her arms cuffed behind her back. After the officer removes the cuffs, The woman states that her partner, ‘Trixie’, and manager, ‘Bart’, dared her to do it, arriving in a cab that was instructed to drop her of at a random location. The woman didn’t show sign of any actual distress, but rather annoyance that she had bumped into the officer. The woman states that she helps out at the ‘The dancing nymph spa’, supposedly where her manager works.
The officer deemed the situation as the result of youthful recklessness, offering the girl a t shirt and sent her on the way. Aiming to prevent similar dares in the future, the officer did get a mugshot of the woman, to serve as material during future questioning of her manager at the dancing nymph spa.
Addendum: The woman had no ID in her possession.
