Pie Hole Pizzeria

BACKGROUND: Vanessa's focus will be on something 'Pie Hole Pizzeria' didn't invested much or nothing at all: Deliveries! (providing a realistic/immersive service that a pizzeria would. A bike or car with Pie Hole Pizzeria logo is part of the plan) Either take away calls, and ordering a pizza to get delivered at your home or workplace it's in what she wants to invest most. (opening doors for new creative ways to start scenes) Having a "reopening" party or promotional events it's obvious and fun, but starting delivering pizza's around Hathian is what Vanessa believes that could be game changing and contribute more to the community. The prospect of using the pizzeria as a cover to sell drugs is something that she wants, but will only be achieved in a future after developing enough connections and credibility to make it work. Taking baby steps and not rushing, is her position towards that. Staff would have the opportunity to chose a part-time role: Cooking, Deliveries, Cashier/Servers. Or taking a full-time job to do it all. (Trying to fit with the player availability and preferences is the main goal) As a leader Vanessa will make any new employee feel welcome, provide them assistance or help whenever needed and mostly do her best for everyone to have a good time at work. Vanessa is very smart and can adapt quickly to any environment, being a clerk who spent most of her working hours(68/2weeks at posting time) running a shop by herself gave her very good notions and experience on how to manage a small business alone.

 

UNIQUE: Honestly neither i aim or think it's possible to make this business stand out from so many other amazing ones that already exist... The main goal here is to make something unique and fun, available to anyone who wants to try it out. The location is great, the space is cute and comfy so i guess it's just a shame for this place to be abandoned... Either i make this dream reality or i simply do a average work there, i think is always better than the current state of it.

 

EXPERIENCE: I think my introduction post will provide a deeper understanding, so if you want to check it out i will leave the link above. Otherwise to not be much time-consuming, here's a brief explanation of my point of view: I am between some changes/jobs and for the next month or two i will continue like that, without a very enthusiastic RL. Free time is something that i have more than i need, and SL is what mostly helps me pass it by.. As someone who had some RP experience in past but not at a pro level, joining CD made me really happy, RPlaying is something that i love and is turning into a refugee at this point of my life. With that said, is easy to understand i can be very active and spend most of my day online, making that a plus for the leadership of a business. I know very well how to separate OOC from IC, but in both cases i do have similarities: I'm overall friendly, polite, helpful, honest, i don't like to judge people or making assumptions without knowing facts first, avoiding toxic behaviors and drama is my way. https://thecrackden.com/discuss/topic/vanessa-orilley-sweet-18-days/

 

IDEAS: Since i joined CD i had the pleasure of RPlaying with many people, some of them were on day1. For those new players i did my best to be welcoming and helpful, but in my mind i belive that if i had lack of staff and provided a job opurtunity, they could had stayed for long-term instead of simply poofing forever. Besides that, my aproach of future employee's coming aboard was already explained in the section above.

 

OTHER: If i get this chance and set all up in time, i will explore every advertising options to mostly inform Hathian citzens 'Pie Hole Pizzeria' reopened and is now making deliveries. On first day the ideal would be having at least one employee to help and the delivery vehicle ready at the front to grab clients attention. A simplistic reopening pizza party with free drinks and pizza feels the most logical, i primarily continue the focus on expanding the business to the deliveries path.
