I'm excited to announce a feature designed to get help faster and also ease daunting experience of joining our complex community: Ask Narrator.

Building on the AI-driven Story HUD, Ask Narrator offers near-instant access to:

• Roleplay Guidance: Get immediate answers to your storyline questions.
• Tenant Support: Receive quick assistance for your in-world needs.
• Community Insights: Discover active roleplay hotspots and explore character backstories.

This feature is more than just a tool; it’s a glimpse into how AI can transform onboarding and deepen connections in our virtual community. As someone who’s passionate about UX, I see this as a game-changing way to empower players, especially newcomers, to integrate into our gritty, immersive world.

Together with the AI-powered encounters and player matching system we introduced earlier this year, our Story HUD pushes the boundaries of immersive storytelling and connecting players together.

Over the next few weeks, this new HUD will also unlock new kinds of Encounters.
