mber-Jane Foggarty, 23, is an African-American woman, born in Pasadena of Jamaican immigrant parents. She dropped out of high  school to hang out with artistic types and has been drifting around since, working at casual jobs, sleeping where she gets offered a space or share of a bed.

She lived in Hathian for a while a year or more back, but now, after traveling away via random rides, she finds herself in Laveau working in the Red Herring cafe.
