BACKGROUND: The restaurant will provide local and authentic cuisine for the city. Ther ingredients will be locally sourced with a potential to be linked to an IC allotment for future RP. Cooking classes will be offered as a way to vary the RP and engage different RPers and a potential program might be in the works for 'rehabilitating' repeat offenders/ ex felons.

EXPERIENCE:I like to create and partake in varied RP. I like to create opportunities for enjoyment for myself and others. This business has one of my good friends interested, she would be managing the business and is an established RPer with a long history in CD. [Denise Russo/Domela.] My character, Cesar Arnaud, would be an IC business partner and investor who is also an aficionado of good food especially Cajun/Creole cooking. We look forward to running the business together and creating RP opportunities for everyone.
